An Adaptive End-to-End Approach for Terabit Data Movement Optimization

This goal of this project is to optimize throughput for large data transfers between DOE sites. We are working on optimal algorithms for sourcing data from and sinking data to parallel filesystems, heterogeneous routing of CCI, optimizing WAN communication, local and global scheduling, and performance modeling and performance.

Routing Design

To enable communication between disjoint networks including wide-area networks, we are working on enabling routing for CCI connections. Routing will require routing daemons and a client routing transport to manage the end-to-end state. PDF
